PoleAlignMax

PoleAlignMax V 2.0.35

This version dated June 6, 2007 adds a number of bug fixes and additional features to PoleAlignMax V 2.0.1.

    1.  Fixes bug that recommends alignment correction in wrong direction if image is mirrored such as with AO-7.

        2.  Fixes bug that recommends elevation alignment correction in wrong direction if the telescope RA axis is pointing below the North pole.  This bug had the undesireable effect of requiring extra iterations to converge to optimal alignment.

      3.   Adds Expose and Solve test button to Plate Solve tab which helps for diagnosing Plate Solution problems.

      4.   Adds many improvements to Log reporting.

      5.   Adds Post-exposure delay option to Setup tab.

      6.   Adds Cross hair width option to Centering feature on Setup tab.

      7.   Polar plot scale is adjusted by factors of 10 depending on alignment error magnitude to show greater sensitivity.
